At the urban ecological art centre HAUNT and its garden-filled surroundings, five sculptors display their artworks, allowing them to interact with the soil, climate, and living nature. Through this exploration, they delve into the meaning of process-oriented and ecologically integrated artwork in today’s sculpture field, considering the pressing nature crises. Alongside a series of symposia and guided tours in the neighborhood, numerous artworks have been created in the past three months.
These works are now on display in the open–air exhibition called -Concrete#3: ground works–, located in the overgrown courtyard of HAUNT. This final stage of the project presents the collaborative outcomes of a month-long endeavor, and it can be visited up until the Berlin Artweek 2023.
